About Status

Status is an independent company formed in 1991. It has grown steadily to become an established property development organisation which has undertaken over 50 projects to date. Some developments, particularly residential have been sold on completion whilst others have been retained to build a portfolio of investment properties. The group is committed to further growing our Investment Property holdings through both its ongoing developments and through acquisitions on the open market.

The group is involved in House Building, Commercial Development, Property Investment and in Land and Planning Activities. Projects range in size from single residential homes to large apartment schemes, 120 bedroom 4 star hotels, medium size business parks and mixed use schemes including retail.

The group has significant experience with converting and developing important listed buildings as well as delivering new build schemes.
