Commercial Development - The Cambridge Belfry Hotel This is the first in a series of 4 star hotels, which we are developing. We completed construction of the hotel in April 2004 and the hotel opened to the public on 6th June 2004. The hotel is just a few miles from the centre of Cambridge and the M11 motorway. The hotel is operated by one of the UK’s leading 4* operators under a long term lease. The Cambridge Belfry Hotel consists of 120 bedrooms, entertainment, conferencing and banqueting facilities, bars and restaurants and a comprehensive leisure club. We are proud of this development which demonstrates our ability to successfully bring such projects through all the relevant stages of site identification and acquisition, design, planning, construction and tenant handover and also that we completed the development within time and budget.
