Commercial Development - The Nottingham Belfry Hotel This is the second in a series of 4 star hotels, which we have developed. The hotel is operated by one of the UK’s leading 4 star operators under a long term lease. This hotel consists of 120 bedrooms, significant conferencing and banqueting facilities, bars and restaurants and a comprehensive leisure club. The construction of The Nottingham Belfry Hotel was completed December 2005 and was opened in January 2006. The Hotel is immediately accessed from Junction 26 of the M1, 4 miles West of Nottingham City Centre.
