House Building - Bloxham Bloxham was developed to satisfy local demand for the benefits of village life and the convenience of new well designed housing. This is a development of 20 units, 10 of which have been converted from a former hotel and its outbuildings and another 10 which are new build. The conversion units retain much of the original stonework.
